| dc.description.abstract | El presente artículo del diplomado aborda las enseñanzas que se aprendieron como son las estrategias y capacidades que pueden ejecutar la comunidad del barrio zapamanga iv etapa de floridablanca santander, al tener un problema coyuntural los habitantes, debieron a esto llegar a buscar la iniciativa colectiva para el mejoramiento del hábitat, del ambiente, del cuidado de la vida, la especie humana, salubridad y bienestar de la misma comunidad en donde se desenvuelven, organizándose con el objeto de solucionar los problemas que se han venido presentando por el mal manejo de las basuras, y desechos generadas por sus habitantes de la comunidad, por la falta de gestión administrativa municipal, y de la empresa de aseo de Floridablanca (EMAF); fomentando así, la idea de organizarse los afectados directos, dando origen a la presente innovación social, por lo cual, aprovechando la organización de base los miembros de la junta de acción comunal del barrio zapamanga iv etapa de floridablanca santander, objetivaron con el asesoramiento y acompañamiento del colectivo abya-kuna desde enero de 2.020, la pedagogía a través de medios comunicacionales esto es perifoneo de los informes, volantes, reuniones, donde se explica a la comunidad objeto de intervención como son los procesos de separación en la fuente, campañas ambientales, servicios de recolección, transporte, almacenamiento, disposición final; estando vigilantes garantizando que el material de reciclaje recogido y seleccionado se reincorpore a las cadenas productivas.

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This article of the diploma course addresses the lessons learned as are the strategies and capabilities that can run the community zapamanga neighborhood zapamanga iv stage of floridablanca santander, to have a conjunctural problem the inhabitants, should this come to seek collective initiative for the improvement of habitat, environment, care of life, the human species, health and welfare of the same community where they live, organizing in order to solve the problems that have been occurring due to poor management of garbage and waste generated by the inhabitants of the community, by the lack of municipal administrative management, and the cleaning company of floridablanca (EMAF); thus promoting the idea of organizing those directly affected, giving rise to this social innovation, for which, taking advantage of the grassroots organization of the members of the community action board of the zapamanga iv stage of floridablanca santander neighborhood, with the advice and support of the collective abya-kuna since january 2. 020, the pedagogy through communicational means, that is to say, the peritoneum of the reports, flyers, meetings, where it is explained to the community object of intervention as are the processes of separation at the source, environmental campaigns, collection services, transport, storage, final disposal; being vigilant guaranteeing that the recycling material collected and selected is reincorporated to the productive chains.
