| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto incluye diseño y desarrollo de un sistema de información (aplicación web), en un entorno fácil de usar e intuitivo, con el propósito de apoyar el proceso de dar a conocer a la comunidad en general los servicios que presta una funeraria. Por lo anterior, se crea un portal de acuerdo con las necesidades de las personas, así como de los clientes, asociaciones y demás entidades interesadas en adquirir los productos que esta ofrece, para ello, se inició el análisis de la información disponible y los servicios que actualmente ofrece este sector, logrando así un diagnóstico integral del comportamiento del sector para construir estrategias que impacten todas sus necesidades.
Con el análisis realizado con base a la información recolectada, se determina la importancia de crear una página web donde los usuarios podrán ver los servicios que se ofrecen, consultar en línea inquietudes, registrar beneficiarios y el administrador de la página puede llevar un registro y control de los usuarios registrados. | |
