| dc.description.abstract | Las lenguas nativas expresan las diversidades culturales, identitarias, creencias espirituales y las percepciones de la cosmovisión de cada pueblo, en Colombia, siendo un país culturalmente diverso y multilingüista, se hablan además del español dominante, sesenta y nueve (69) lenguas nativas que pugnan por su pervivencia, y en esta lucha constante por la conservación de su lengua, tradiciones y territorios, se han visto envueltos por violencia que preside violaciones de los derechos humanos por parte de distintos actores. De lo anterior se deriva el presente análisis sociológico sobre la comunidad indígena Wounaan, originaria del departamento del Chocó, visibilizando las interacciones entre este pueblo minoritario y los habitantes de Bogotá, teniendo en cuenta la políticas de protección a la diversidad etnolingüística y las normativas distritales en protección de derechos que incorporan un enfoque diferencial de diversidad étnica y cultural, para determinar la pertinencia, recuperación y conservación de la lengua Woun Meu en la ciudad de Bogotá. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The native languages express the cultural diversities, the identity, the spiritual beliefs and the perceptions of the worldview of each community, in Colombia, being a culturally diverse and multilingual country, in addition to the dominant Spanish, sixty nine (69) native languages are spoken that fight for their survival, and in this constant struggle for the preservation of their language, traditions and territories, they have been involved in the violence that presides over human rights violations by different actors. From the above, the present sociological analysis of the Wounaan indigenous community, originally from the department of Chocó, is derived, making visible the interactions between this minority people and the inhabitants of Bogotá, taking into account the policies for the protection of ethnolinguistic diversity and district regulations on matters of protection of rights that incorporate a differential approach to ethnic and cultural diversity, to determine the relevance, recovery and conservation of the Woun Meu language in the city of Bogotá. | |
