| dc.description.abstractenglish | This article presents a proposal for innovation in the tourism and hospitality sector, focusing on promoting the inclusion of the LGBT community through the Alterkeys platform. The study is based on an exhaustive review of the specialized literature and the collection of relevant data on the experience of the LGBT community in tourism, recognizing that there are challenges and barriers that hinder their full participation and enjoyment. Alterkeys is proposed as an innovative solution that provides differential and personalized services, adapted to the particularities and demands of the LGBT community. On the other hand, the benefits for both LGBT users and hosts who participate in the platform are highlighted, promoting diversity and creating a welcoming environment. | |
