| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto aplicado tiene como finalidad implementar la facturación y nómina electrónica en minimercado “Los Ochoas”, para así, satisfacer la necesidad que tiene este local comercial de cumplir con todos los requisitos legales y normativos, y evitar sanciones que afecten en gran medida al minimercado.
Con el propósito de mejorar la calidad y eficiencia de los procesos del minimercado, se seleccionará el sistema informático que más se adapte a las necesidades del minimercado “Los Ochoas”, para que sea de fácil entendimiento y parametrización para el usuario, y a su vez, estar a la vanguardia de nuevos cambios y/o requisitos que surjan y que permita al minimercado cumplir con la transmisión de los documentos electrónicos de forma exitosa a la DIAN y clientes.
Lo anterior se realizará con base a experiencias y conocimientos previos, y de asesorías de personas expertas en el tema, y así, asegurar la implementación de este requisito. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The purpose of the applied project is to implement electronic invoicing and payroll in the minimarket "Los Ochoas", in order to satisfy the need of this commercial establishment to comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, and to avoid penalties that greatly affect the minimarket.
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of the minimarket processes, the software that best suits the needs of the minimarket "Los Ochoas" will be selected, so that it is easy to understand and parameterization for the user, and in turn, be at the forefront of new changes and / or requirements that arise and allow the minimarket to comply with the transmission of electronic documents successfully to the DIAN and customers.
This will be done based on previous experiences and knowledge, and advice from experts on the subject, and thus, ensure the implementation of this requirement. | |
