| dc.description.abstract | Según (Thompson y Troeh, 2021), consideran
que el suelo es el lugar donde convergen el
material vegetal, organismos, microorganismos,
el agua y los minerales, actuando en total
sinergia que hace de este el lugar ideal para el
crecimiento y desarrollo de las plantas que todos
los seres vivos necesitamos para vivir. El suelo
esta vivo, y esta en constante renovación gracias
al ciclo donde los animales y plantas mueren y
los microorganismos los degradan
incorporándolos de nuevo para dar nueva vida.
La degradación de los suelos por la intervención
antrópica y su mal uso son las causales de
diferentes problemáticas, donde se dedican a la
extracción del suelo, primando los beneficios
económicos que el cuidado y responsable
aprovechamiento de la capa superficial,
exponiendo los suelos a la erosión hídrica y
eólica gracias a la sobre ocupación en las zonas
agrícolas y pecuarias sin tener en cuenta la
vocación del mismo.
Por tal razón se analizaron los cambios de la
ocupación del suelo
en el municipio de Líbano departamento del
Tolima, utilizando la herramienta Qgis con sus
debidos geoprocesos, para generar las salidas
graficas que permitan conocer y comparar los
cambios que han habido en la ocupación del
suelo durante los 18 años enmarcados entre lo
años 2000 al 2018, mediante un análisis
multitemporal de las coberturas con
adaptación Corine Land Cover a escala
1:100.000. Siendo este un paso muy importante
para conocer el avance en el deterioro de los
suelos durante los años de referencia, la carga
ocupacional y la vocación de los mismos
ofreciendo herramientas para soluciones a
mediano y largo plazo en aras de mejorar el
ordenamiento territorial en el municipio y
hacer de las actividades agrícolas y pecuarias,
las cuales son importantes e indispensables
para el desarrollo de la localidad un uso
responsable y acorde a las capacidades reales
del suelo evitando su degradación. | |
