Resumen
El objetivo principal de esta innovación social es abanderar el ingreso a la educación superior a mujeres jóvenes que han terminado su educación media y no han tenido la oportunidad de continuar sus estudios a la educación superior, pero posteriormente les brinda el apoyo para su preparación para el campo laboral en la misma empresa. También se puede decir, que Relianz Win fomenta la educación y genera expectativas en los jóvenes que allí ingresan y por este motivo ubico a la innovación social Actualización de conocimientos tecnológicos para el desarrollo de sostenibilidad de la mujer a través de la innovación social Relianz Win en el aspecto “Desde la organización social con fines productivos y los emprendimientos” aunque esté asociado con los aspectos de “Desde lo educativo, el conocimiento o el saber común como forma de conocimiento”. Es decir, se benefician ambas partes tanto la mujer trabajadora como la empresa Relianz por su participación activa en la actualización de trabajadores. Ésta innovación social fomenta la Equidad de género, por eso ha procurado capacitar a mujeres trabajadoras y emprendedoras de esta empresa no sólo de Soledad sino también del área metropolitana de Barranquilla para que al igual que el género masculino goce de igualdad de derechos tanto en lo académico como también laboral. | |
