| dc.description.abstract | Con el desarrollo de este trabajo, teníamos el deseo de implementar en la droguería Totus Tuus,
ubicada en el municipio de San Rafael Antioquia, un programa de farmacovigilancia para
identificar las alertas que se presenten en los medicamentos entregados, teniendo en cuenta que
la droguería no contaba con dicho manual.
A lo largo de la investigación no dimos cuenta de la importancia que reviste la implementación de
un manual de farmacovigilancia en una droguería, ya que esto brinda seguridad y bienestar a los
pacientes, esta misma desempeña un papel esencial en la identificación y evaluación de eventos
adversos relacionados con medicamentos, permitiendo una respuesta rápida y efectiva para
garantizar la salud pública, todo esto siendo posible a través de la interacción con los colaboradores
de la droguería Totus.
El desarrollo de este tipo de actividades no solo es de interés normativo, al ejecutar la actividad
evidenciamos que el implementar un programa de farmacovigilancia es una herramienta valiosa
para proteger la salud de los pacientes, garantizar el cumplimiento legal y fomentar una cultura de
seguridad y responsabilidad en el ámbito farmacéutico | |

The development of this type of activities is not only of regulatory interest, by executing the activity
we show that implementing a pharmacovigilance program is a valuable tool to protect the health
