| dc.description.abstract | En el municipio de Samacá departamento de Boyacá opera un acueducto con más de 400 usuarios, el proceso que se lleva actualmente consiste en la toma de lecturas por parte del fontanero en un documento a mano, que posteriormente son entregadas a la tesorería para ser facturadas en una hoja de cálculo, luego estos recibos son impresos y el fontanero nuevamente vuelve a pasar por cada lugar donde tomo las lecturas para entregar los recibos correspondientes, al momento de que el cliente valla a realizar el pago este debe llevar el recibo y será creado en el sistema actual, mediante lenguajes de programación y servidores en la nube se desea optimizar los tiempos en los procesos de facturación implementando un nuevo sistema web. | |
