dc.description	In recent months, the bitcoin cryptocurrency has presented constant variations in its price quotation, which has created the need to evaluate the impact generated by volatility on investors who operate with this cryptocurrency as a forecast of the relationship and level of satisfaction in the future. This article describes the analysis using a documentary methodology through which the current vision of bitcoin from the point of view of investors is carried out in order to obtain results that allow to know the situation of this cryptocurrency in relation to the volatility it generates and thus show the level of confidence that is had through the use of it. In this way, when analyzing the results, it was shown that the confidence has been variable in such a way that significant drops have been obtained with respect to the market quotation level of said crypto-asset.	en
dc.description	En los últimos meses, la criptomoneda Bitcoin ha presentado variaciones constantes en el precio de cotización de la misma, por lo que surge la necesidad de evaluar el impacto que genera esta volatilidad para los inversionistas que operan con esta criptomoneda como previsión de la relación y nivel de satisfacción a futuro. En este artículo se describe el análisis empleando una metodología documental mediante el cual se lleva a cabo la visión actual del bitcoin desde el punto de vista de los inversionistas con la finalidad de obtener resultados que permitan conocer la situación de dicha criptomoneda en relación con la volatilidad que genera y de esta manera mostrar el nivel de confianza que se tiene mediante el uso de la misma. De esta forma al analizar los resultados se demostró que la confianza ha sido variable de tal manera que se han obtenido bajas significativas con respecto al nivel de cotización de mercado de dicho criptoactivo.	es
