dc.description	The oil palm is the main source of the well-known palm oil that in recent years has had a greater growth, thanks to its great diversification for the realization of various products in different industries with which they satisfy social demands; Due to the growth in demand for this oil, a larger territory has had to be used for its cultivation, which has been obtained from other plantations, so it can have a positive impact on the environment where today it is sought that this type of crops can be sustainable to reduce its environmental impact. The objective of the article is to describe the impact that this palm has had on the environment, helping this type of crop to be sustainable thanks to the various products that can be created through it, this will be done with the application of a methodology descriptive, which allowed to obtain as results that it has been innovating through the years to be more friendly with its environment and therefore take care of the environment among all the subjects involved in its various processes, which with the help of certifications allow to have a greater commitment to society and the environment.	en
dc.description	La palma de aceite es la principal fuente del ya conocido aceite de palma que en los últimos años ha tenido un mayor crecimiento, gracias a su gran diversificación para la realización de diversos productos en distintas industrias con las cuales satisfacen las demandas sociales; debido al crecimiento en la demanda por este aceite se ha tenido que usar un mayor territorio para su cultivo el cual ha sido obtenido de otras plantaciones por lo que se puede tener un impacto positivo en el medio ambiente donde hoy en día se busca que este tipo de cultivos pueda ser sustentable para reducir su impacto medio ambiental. El objetivo del articulo es describir el impacto que ha tenido esta palma en el medio ambiente, ayudando a que este tipo de cultivos pueda ser sustentables gracias a los diversos productos que puedan crearse a través de el, esto se realizara con la aplicación de una metodología descriptiva, la cual permitió obtener como resultados que ha ido innovándose a través de los años para ser mas amigable con su entorno y por ende cuidar del medio ambiente entre todo los sujetos involucrados en sus diversos procesos, los cuales con ayuda de certificaciones permiten tener un mayor compromiso con la sociedad y el medio ambiente.	es
