| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto realizado en este diplomado de Gestión Integral y Desafíos en Seguridad y
Salud en el Trabajo destaca la relevancia de implementar de manera efectiva el Sistema de
Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en la empresa Confecciones YJ S.A.S. Este enfoque busca
asegurar un entorno laboral seguro y saludable para todos los colaboradores promoviendo
el bienestar integral a través de la identificación y control de los peligros laborales,
diseñando medidas preventivas y correctivas adaptadas a cada área de trabajo. También,
se resaltó la necesidad de cumplir con los requisitos normativos en SST, evaluando el
impacto en los diferentes procesos de la empresa, y priorizando acciones para mejorar la
seguridad y bienestar de los empleados. De este modo, este proyecto busca garantizar
condiciones laborales óptimas a través de la implementación de políticas y acciones que
promuevan la mejora continua en materia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, se busca
reducir los riesgos de accidentes y enfermedades laborales y cumplir con los estándares
legales vigente, generando un entorno laboral más seguro y saludable para todos los
empleados.

The project carried out in diploma course on Integral Management and Challenges in
Occupational Safety and Health highlights the relevance of effectively implementing the
Safety abd Health Management System in the company Confecciones YJ S.A.S. This
approach seeks to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees by
promoting the overall welfare through the idebtification and control of accupational
hazards, designing prevebtive abd corrective measures adated to each work area. It also
highlighted the need to comply with OSH regulatory requirements. evaluating the impact
on the company´s different processes. and prioritizing actions to improve the safety and
well-being of employees. Thus. this project seeks to ensure optimal working conditions
through the implementation of policies and actions that promote continuous improvement
in occupational safety and health. reduce the risks of accidents and occupational
diseases. and comply with current legal standards. generating a safer and healthier work
environment for all employees.
