| dc.description.abstract | En el presente documento se busca dar a conocer las labores ejercidas por el pasante en el cargo de Soporte de Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones en la empresa Conexión digital Colombia sas, haciendo una descripción de las actividades más sobresalientes elaboradas en campo y en la parte de atención al cliente de dicha entidad. Tomando en cuenta que cierto número de horas se realizó de manera virtual en método teletrabajo, debido a cuestiones de requerimiento del área.
