| dc.description.abstract | En las regiones más apartadas de Colombia no se cuenta con Internet de calidad, optimo o en igualdad de condiciones al del resto del país e incluso existen regiones que ni siquiera tienen acceso a Internet, esto debido a que se encuentran alejadas geográficamente, según MINTIC 2021, de allí emerge el objetivo de la presente investigación, donde a base del reconocimiento e identificación de los factores que están en este momento incidiendo en el desarrollo de la infraestructura de redes de un departamento de Colombia, específicamente en el Vaupés; frente al hecho de que gran parte de esta población son jóvenes de escasos recursos a los cuales asistir a una universidad es casi imposible y donde la educación a distancia es una alternativa invaluable la cual no se puede dar de manera satisfactoria por las condiciones en las que el acceso a internet se ha vuelto, siendo que éste debe ser un derecho fundamental al que debe tener todas las personas de cualquier región del país; lo que permitiría esta investigación conocer a ciencia cierta la situación en la que se encuentra esta parte del país. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | In the most remote regions of Colombia, there is no quality Internet, optimal or equal to that of the rest of the country and there are even regions that do not even have Internet access, this because they are geographically remote, according to MINTIC 2021 , from there the objective of the present investigation emerges, where based on the recognition and identification of the factors that are currently influencing the development of the network infrastructure of a department of Colombia, specifically in Vaupés; Faced with the fact that a large part of this population are young people with limited resources for whom attending a university is almost impossible and where distance education is an invaluable alternative which cannot be given satisfactorily due to the conditions in which access to the internet has become, since this should be a fundamental right that all people from any region of the country should have; which would allow this investigation to know for sure the situation in which this part of the country finds itself. | |
