| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto fue realizado con el fin de dar a conocer barreras y desafíos en la detección, notificación y seguimiento de reacciones adversas asociadas con medicamentos homeopáticos y medicamentos tradicionales a base de plantas en una tienda de productos naturales en puerto rico (Caquetá )teniendo en cuenta los aspectos y procesos que se deben llevan a cabo con el programa farmacovigilancia y que por ende este establecimiento farmacéutico donde se comercializa y se dispensa medicamentos homeopáticos y tradicionales a base de plantas, deben reconocer y garantizar las buenas prácticas en la dispensación de medicamentos naturales, el uso seguro y eficaz de estos medicamentos, buscando reducir reacciones adversas, aumentar el reporte de las mismas, con el propósito de mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas que consumen medicamentos homeopáticos. Los usuarios aún tienen la creencia que por ser medicamentos derivados de planta natural no trae repercusiones a la salud. Por medio de este proyecto investigado realizado de manera descriptivo y observacional se logró identificar barreras y desafíos tanto para los usuarios y profesionales que laboran en esta tienda naturista, por medio de encuestas Se encontró que los encuestados tienen un conocimiento variado sobre medicina alternativa, reacciones adversas y notificación, pero a pesar de reconocer la importancia respecto al reporte no realizan la notificación. Por tal razón se diseñó un folleto educativo que se construyó una herramienta digital donde se brindó información importante acerca de los procesos que pueden implementar para mitigar los Problemas Relacionados con Medicamentos (PRM) y Resultado Negativos a la Medicación (RNM) en este establecimiento Naturista. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This project was carried out in order to raise awareness of barriers and challenges in the detection, notification and monitoring of adverse reactions associated with homeopathic medicines and traditional herbal medicines in a natural products store in Puerto Rico (Caquetá) taking into account the aspects and processes that must be carried out with the pharmacovigilance program and therefore this pharmaceutical establishment where homeopathic and traditional herbal medicines are marketed and dispensed, must recognize and guarantee good practices in the dispensing of natural medicines, the safe and effective use of these medications, seeking to reduce adverse reactions, increase their reporting, with the purpose of improving the quality of life of people who consume homeopathic medications. Users still have the belief that because they are medicines derived from natural plants, they do not have repercussions on health. Through this research project carried out in a descriptive and observational manner, it was possible to identify barriers and challenges for both users and professionals who work in this health food store, through surveys. It was found that the respondents have varied knowledge about alternative medicine, adverse reactions. and notification, but despite recognizing the importance of the report, they do not make the notification. For this reason, an educational brochure was designed and a digital tool was built where important information was provided about the processes that can be implemented to mitigate Problems Related to Medications (PRM) and Negative Results to Medication (RNM) in this Naturopathic establishment. | |
