| dc.description.abstract | La importancia que tiene la comunicación de médicos y farmaceutas para evitar errores de dispensación y eventos adversos de medicamentos por falta de información que se le puede administrar al paciente, siempre y cuando la institución de salud tenga presente que es muy importante capacitar al personal de salud y con ayuda de los licitadores médicos también se pueden ayudar, ya que ellos son los principales de enseñarles a nuestros médicos los avances que van teniendo los medicamentos a medida que pasa el tiempo y las presentaciones de cada medicamento que se está comercializando. Al momento de recibir una fórmula el personal farmacéutico qué medidas se debe tomar para tener una buena dispensación del medicamento y poder ayudar a los pacientes con las inquietudes que se les presente, también es muy importante que los pacientes también se les dé capacitaciones por medio de charlas en el momento que ellos esperan que se les dispense un medicamento o con la entrega de volantes o folletos dándoles a conocer temas de cómo se debe administrar un medicamento o haciendo encuesta para saber de qué temas están menos informados y que ellos crean que deben estar un poco capacitados ya que los medicamentos si no se administran correctamente pueden llegar a causar la muerte los errores de dispensación los podemos minimizar, siempre y cuando el personal de salud que está encargado tenga ciertas normas y plan de mejoramiento para que no tengamos eventos adversos de medicamentos. | |
