| dc.description.abstract | El documento se centra en la creación y documentación del Manual de Administrador para el Consultorio Jurídico Virtual (CJV) de la Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia (UNAD). Este manual es de importancia para guiar a los administradores en la gestión del consultorio, proporcionando instrucciones detalladas sobre el uso, actualización y modificación del software, asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas y la legislación aplicable.
El Consultorio Jurídico Virtual (CJV) se establece como una herramienta clave para proporcionar servicios jurídicos gratuitos a comunidades remotas de Colombia, al tiempo que ofrece una plataforma de formación práctica para estudiantes de Derecho. La digitalización de estos servicios elimina barreras geográficas y mejora el acceso a la justicia.
El documento aborda el desarrollo del manual, cubriendo aspectos desde la administración del sistema hasta la seguridad y el manejo de reportes. Además, se detalla la arquitectura del software utilizado en el CJV, que incluye múltiples capas y módulos diseñados para gestionar asesorías, casos y procesos legales. También se exploran los marcos normativos tanto en Colombia como en otros países, destacando la evolución de los consultorios jurídicos y su impacto en la formación legal y el acceso a la justicia.

| dc.description.abstractenglish | Within the framework of technological advance and the digitalization of legal services, the Virtual Legal Clinic (CJV) of the National Open and Distance University (UNAD) emerges as a fundamental tool to guarantee access to justice in remote areas of Colombia. This office, created in compliance with Law 2113 of 2021, not only seeks to provide free legal services to those who need it, but is also configured as a practical training space for law students, who, under the supervision of specialized teachers, they can apply their knowledge in solving real cases.
The CJV takes advantage of the advantages of information and communication technologies (ICT) to eliminate geographic barriers, allowing the most remote communities in the country to access legal advice in an efficient and timely manner. Through a web platform, the CJV offers extensive coverage, facilitating the request and management of legal advice virtually.
The complexity of operating a legal office in a digital environment requires a comprehensive manual to guide system administrators in their daily tasks. This document, called the Administrator's Manual for the Virtual Legal Office, is essential to ensure that the administrator is trained in the use, updating and modification of the software, respecting the policies and legislation in force both in the digital environment and in the legal field. The existence of a detailed manual not only contributes to the operational efficiency of the office, but also guarantees that the administrator's functions are carried out with agility and precision, minimizing errors and improving the quality of the service provided.
This report aims to develop, and document said manual, providing clear and accessible guidance that covers everything from administrative management to security and reporting management within the CJV system. By doing so, the aim is not only to facilitate the work of administrators, but also to ensure that the UNAD Virtual Legal Clinic fulfills its mission of providing high-quality legal service to those who need it most. | |
