| dc.description.abstract | El trabajo nace al ver la relevancia que cada vez más toman, las Políticas de Infancia y Adolescencia en el país, las cuales tienen como finalidad garantizar el crecimiento, protección y desarrollo integral de las niñas, niños y adolescentes, y por tanto el acompañamiento y responsabilidad de crear un ambiente favorable en todos los aspectos que a estos los rodean en su entorno social, familiar, educativo, afectivo, entre otros, y garantizar de esta manera un futuro favorable ya que da a los niños, niñas y adolescentes un estatus como sujetos prevalentes de derechos y dictamina a que el estado cree una política pública de protección y desarrollo. El desarrollo de las políticas de la infancia y la adolescencia y las apuestas expresadas en este trabajo están estrechamente ligados al desarrollo económico, social, político y cultural del país, en especial al planteado en la ciudad de Medellín, la dirección local viene desarrollando un plan de trabajo de protección a la infancia y adolescencia donde garantiza la integridad de los menores con diferentes programas para la atención oportuna de estos, ya que las estadísticas indican que el maltrato y la falta de garantías para el correcto crecimiento del menor se han convertido en una amenaza para su vida. Ante esto el gobierno Municipal de Medellín desde el año 2006 y hasta el año 2019 ha realizado 17 acuerdos que muestran la responsabilidad que desde la administración tienen con la infancia y los adolescentes para su protección, aquí reconoce la vulnerabilidad y necesidades que este grupo poblacional posee y que permite materializar el Código de Infancia y Adolescencia de la Ley 1098 de 2006 y la Política De Cero a Siempre (Ley 1804 de 2016), entre otras políticas públicas. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This work was born from seeing the increasing relevance of Childhood and Adolescence Policies in the country, which are intended to guarantee the growth, protection and integral development of girls, boys and adolescents, and therefore the accompaniment and responsibility of creating a favorable environment in all aspects that surround them in their social, family, educational, emotional, among others, environment, and thus guarantee a favorable future since it gives children and adolescents a status as prevailing subjects of rights and dictates that the state creates a public policy of protection and development. The development of childhood and adolescent policies and the bets expressed in this work are closely linked to the economic, social, political and cultural development of the country, especially to that raised in the city of Medellin, the local direction has been developing a work plan for the protection of children and adolescents where it guarantees the integrity of minors with different programs for the timely care of these, since statistics indicate that abuse and the lack of guarantees for the correct growth of the minor have become a threat to their lives. In light of this, the Municipal Government of Medellin has made 17 agreements since 2006 until 2019 that demonstrate the responsibility that the administration has with children and adolescents for their protection. Here, it recognizes the vulnerability and needs that this population group has and that allows the materialization of the Code of Childhood and Adolescence of Law 1098 of 2006 and the From Zero to Always Policy (Law 1804 of 2016), among other public policies. | |
