| dc.description.abstract | El desarrollo de este proyecto responde a la necesidad de reforzar la comunicación entre los diferentes actores que intervienen en el SISTEMA NACIONAL DE HOMOLOGACIONES - SIHO, aplicación en ambiente web que gestiona las homologaciones de estudiantes y aspirantes desde el inicio hasta la entrega del acuerdo. La solución de esta incidencias corresponde al desarrollo e implementación de un sistema de notificación electrónica mediante una aplicación Móvil que permita brindar información constante de las diferentes etapas gestionado a través de SIHO por los diferentes actores del proceso, este contará con dos ambientes, tales como, móvil y web; un sistema de gestión de notificaciones que centralice todas las notificaciones correspondientes a SIHO, además la gestión de notificaciones masivas por medio de SMS o WhatsApp, Correo electrónico ; por otro lado, una mesa de ayuda con el fin de plantear una comunicación bidireccional enfocados en solventar las inquietudes e inconvenientes que le surjan al actor estudiante. Basando el análisis y desarrollo del proyecto en buenas prácticas y tecnologías novedosas, que den soporte y ventajas a largo plazo, tales como, PHP como lenguaje de programación, MySQL como gestor de base de datos, HTML, CSS, entre otras herramientas, utilizando además un modelo incremental para la gestión general del proyecto. | |

The solution of these incidents corresponds to the development and implementation of an electronic notification system through a Mobile application that allows constant information to be provided on the different stages managed through SIHO by the different actors in the process, this will have two environments, such as: mobile and web; a notification management system that centralizes all the notifications corresponding to SIHO, as well as the management of mass notifications through SMS or WhatsApp, Email; on the other hand, a help desk in order to propose a two-way communication focused on solving the concerns and inconveniences that may arise to the student actor.
