| dc.description.abstract | A través del desarrollo de este informe final, se busca elaborar la identificación de los riesgos de inundación en el municipio de Sibundoy - Putumayo, debido a que la parte baja y plana del municipio de Sibundoy, Colon, Santiago y San francisco, se han venido presentando inundaciones por causas de altas precipitaciones, deforestación de las zonas hídricas y falta de mantenimiento al sistema de drenaje, situación que han venido afectando a la población resientes en estos sectores, al igual que sus principales actividades económicas como la agricultura y ganadería. El objetivo del informe es desarrollar mediante el uso de sistemas de información geográfica imágenes de satélites, modelos de elevación digital, imágenes de los principales drenajes y precipitación de la región, la identificación de las zonas de riesgo por inundación del municipio de Sibundoy-Putumayo categorizada por riesgo muy bajo, bajo, medio, alto y muy alto e igual su colorimetría y una serie de procesos que nos llevó a la identificación de esas zonas más vulnerables y en riesgo del municipio de Sibundoy, departamento del Putumayo. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | Through the development of this final report, it seeks to identify the flood risks in the municipality of Sibundoy - Putumayo, due to the fact that the lower and flat part of the municipality of Sibundoy, Colon, Santiago and San Francisco, have been experiencing flooding due to high rainfall, deforestation of water areas and lack of maintenance of the drainage system. a situation that has been affecting the population resenting these sectors, as well as their main economic activities such as agriculture and livestock. The objective of the report is to develop, through the use of geographic information systems, satellite images, digital elevation models, images of the main drainages and precipitation in the region, the identification of the flood risk areas of the municipality of Sibundoy-Putumayo categorized by very low, low, medium, high and very high risk and their colorimetry and a series of processes that led us to the identification of these most vulnerable areas and at risk in the municipality of Sibundoy, department of Putumayo. | |
