| dc.description.abstract | Este artículo analiza el impacto del Centro Regional de Investigación, Innovación y Emprendimiento (CRIIE) de Urabá en el contexto de la innovación social. El objetivo fue evaluar cómo esta iniciativa contribuye al desarrollo social, económico y psicosocial de la región. Para ello, se utilizó una metodología cualitativa, basada en entrevistas y revisión de fuentes secundarias, complementada con la herramienta TRL (Technology Readiness Level) para evaluar la madurez del CRIIE.
Los resultados indican que el CRIIE ha generado un impacto positivo, promoviendo la inclusión social, el empoderamiento comunitario y la creación de oportunidades para emprendedores y empresas. Además, ha impulsado la sostenibilidad ambiental y fomentado una reconfiguración de las estructuras sociales y económicas en la región, alineándose con el Plan Regional CTI-E 2032.
Se concluye que, a pesar de ser un proyecto joven, es importante considerar el CRIIE como un espacio destinado a conectar diferentes actores dentro de la sociedad con el fin de generar transformaciones de impacto y que permitan a la subregión de Urabá aprovechar las potencialidades inherentes que tiene y que por años no han sido aprovechadas de la mejor manera, las cuales buscan nuevamente una oportunidad para ser aprovechadas. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This article analyzes the impact of the Regional Center for Research, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CRIIE) of Urabá in the context of social innovation. The objective was to evaluate how this initiative contributes to the social, economic and psychosocial development of the region. To do this, a qualitative methodology was used, based on interviews and review of secondary sources, complemented with the TRL (Technology Readiness Level) tool to evaluate the maturity of the CRIIE.
The results indicate that the CRIIE has generated a positive impact, promoting social inclusion, community empowerment and the creation of opportunities for entrepreneurs and companies. In addition, it has promoted environmental sustainability and fostered a reconfiguration of social and economic structures in the region, aligning with the CTI-E 2032 Regional Plan.
It is concluded that, despite being a young project, it is important to consider the CRIIE as a space intended to connect different actors within society in order to generate impact transformations and allow the subregion of Urabá to take advantage of its own potential. has and that for years have not been used in the best way, which once again obtain an opportunity to be used. | |
