| dc.description.abstract | En este artículo se plasmó la sistematización de la experiencia de Innovación Social del Centro de Bienestar del Anciano “Casa del Mendigo”, pues, según Martínez (2017) las innovaciones deben ir adaptándose a las necesidades sociales que surjan en este proceso. Y la “Casa del Mendigo” no solo respondió a una necesidad urgente de los adultos mayores, sino que también enriqueció la misión de la institución al ofrecer una atención verdaderamente integral. Este enfoque innovador permite a los residentes vivir una vejez digna, llena de amor, apoyo y conexión, contribuyendo así al fortalecimiento del tejido social en la comunidad de Palmira.
La metodología empleada va desde la identificación del proyecto hasta la sistematización de la experiencia, esto incluyó una entrevista semiestructurada y un juicioso trabajo de campo. Durante esta investigación se conoció todo el proceso de construcción y evolución de este hermoso proyecto y todo su trabajo con la población objetivo (Personas adultos mayores de 60 años de ambos sexos).
El resultado obtenido fue la identificación del tipo de Innovación Social, el cual es “Desde la intervención directa en los fenómenos (proyectos de intervención)” y su grado de maduración que llega al índice TRL 9, ya que, este proyecto puede replicarse por otros.
En conclusión, este trabajo sirvió para visibilizar la importancia de la existencia de este tipo centros con la intención de replicarlos, ya que estos, desde la perspectiva de los psicólogos involucrados son proyectos integrales fundamentales donde se abordan problemáticas sociales significativas. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | In this article captured the systematization of the Social Innovation experience of the Elderly Welfare Center “Casa del Mendigo”, since, according to Martínez (2017), innovations must adapt to the social needs that arise in this process. And the “Casa del Beggar” not only responded to an urgent need for older adults, but also enriched the institution's mission by offering truly comprehensive care. This innovative approach allows residents to live a dignified old age, full of love, support and connection, thus contributing to the strengthening of the social fabric in the Palmira community.
The methodology used ranges from the identification of the project to the systematization of the experience, this included a semi-structured interview and judicious field work. During this research, the entire construction and evolution process of this beautiful project and all its work with the target population (Adults over 60 years of age of both sexes) were known.
The result obtained was the identification of the type of Social Innovation, which is “Direct intervention in the phenomena (intervention projects)” and its degree of maturation that reaches the TRL index 9, since this project can be replicated by others.
In conclusion, this work served to make visible the importance of the existence of this type of centers with the intention of replicating them, since these, from the perspective of the psychologists involved, are fundamental comprehensive projects where significant social problems are addressed. | |
