dc.description.abstract	La Corporación Artísticas Phersulogia empezó desde el año 2014 y ha logrado proyectarse y ejercer dominio en el territorio de Aguachica con sus obras teatrales, la participación social en los distintos escenarios y la puesta en escena de la memoria histórico del territorio local y nacional, haciendo énfasis en la transformación social desde el arte y la cultura. El objetivo es identificar el grado de maduración de la Corporación Artística Phersulogia y su impacto social comunitario a través del modelo de evaluación TRL (Technology Readiness Levels) en el municipio de Aguachica Cesar. Este artículo es de enfoque cualitativo creado a través de la recolección, revisión y análisis de datos obtenido a través del desarrollo de actividades de investigación en innovación TRL, el cual permitió conocer los resultados de la experiencia, la población beneficiara, espacios idóneos, resiliencia, mitigación de problemáticas sociales, brindar oportunidades y mantener aspiraciones de la organización. Se concluye que la Corporación Artística Phersulogia es una organización que le permite a la comunidad en general integrarse sin ningún costo, donde promueve la inclusión social, la igualdad de género, a través del arte permite que las personas expresen sentimientos, vivencias, se sientan valorados y disfrutando de espacios sanos. Se recomienda hacer más publicidad, para lograr ser uno del dispositivo comunitario más importante en el municipio y sus alrededores, esto ayudaría atraer más personas y mitigar diferentes problemáticas que se presentan en la actualidad.

dc.description.abstractenglish	The Phersulogia Artistic Corporation began in 2014 and has managed to project itself and exert dominance in the territory of Aguachica with its theatrical works, social participation in different scenarios and the staging of the historical memory of the local and national territory, emphasizing social transformation through art and culture. The objective is to identify the degree of maturity of the Phersulogia Artistic Corporation and its community social impact through the TRL (Technology Readiness Levels) evaluation model in the municipality of Aguachica Cesar. This article is of qualitative approach created through the collection, review and analysis of data obtained through the development of research activities in TRL innovation, which allowed to know the results of the experience, the beneficiary population, ideal spaces, resilience, mitigation of social problems, providing opportunities and maintaining aspirations of the organization. It is concluded that the Phersulogia Artistic Corporation is an organization that allows the community in general to integrate at no cost, where it promotes social inclusion, gender equality, and through art it allows people to express feelings, experiences, feel valued and enjoy healthy spaces. It is recommended to do more advertising, in order to become one of the most important community devices in the municipality and its surroundings, this would help attract more people and mitigate different problems that are currently present.
