| dc.description.abstract | El programa Siembra valor de Flores Las Acacias es una iniciativa de innovación social que tiene como objetivo mejorar el bienestar de sus empleados mediante la acumulación de puntos que pueden canjear por productos y servicios. El programa está abierto a todos los trabajadores, independientemente del tipo de contrato, y su principal objetivo es aliviar en los trabajadores necesidades básicas. Por tal motivo y en pro de relacionar esta innovación con la psicología se aplicará el modelo humanista y principalmente la pirámide de las necesidades de Maslow.
Por otro lado, también se encontrará unos análisis los cuales buscan encontrar el punto de maduración del proyecto de innovación social que se ha escogido basándonos en las actividades de la matriz I+D+i y la escala de TRL, este articulo finaliza con una conclusión y recomendaciones para el proyecto de innovación seleccionado. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | Flores Las Acacias' "Siembra Valor" program is a social innovation initiative that aims to improve the well-being of its employees by accumulating points that they can exchange for products and services. The program is open to all workers, regardless of the type of contract, and its main objective is to alleviate workers' basic needs. For this reason and in order to relate this innovation with psychology, the humanistic model and mainly Maslow's pyramid of needs will be applied.
On the other hand, there will also be some analyzes which seek to find the maturation point of the social innovation project that has been chosen based on the activities of the R&D&I matrix and the TRL scale. This article ends with a conclusion and recommendations for the selected innovation project. | |
