| dc.description.abstract | El documento tiene como objetivo brindar un análisis interpretativo de una experiencia de innovación social llamada “Juventudes” que se desarrolla en el municipio de Bucaramanga, en pro del bienestar integral de los jóvenes de esta ciudad. Durante todo este proceso de organización, interpretación y análisis de información primaria y secundaria, se tomaron en cuenta todas las unidades presentes en el curso, las cuales dan cuenta de una base teórica y referentes clave en la apropiación del tema de innovación social, sus fundamentos conceptuales, tipologías, el ecosistema de una innovación y estado de maduración de una innovación social de acuerdo índice TLR del libro de Jailler et al (2017). Construyendo la innovación social. La sistematización es de enfoque cualitativo, incluye una entrevista semiestructurada con un cuestionario de preguntas aplicadas a un líder del programa en la línea de salud mental, un análisis documental incluyendo informes de gestión del programa existente a la fecha y un análisis del estado de maduración de esta. Como resultado se pudo ubicar a este proyecto en el TLR 9 y se resalta la importancia de promover el bienestar integral y la creación de estrategias implementadas para fomentar la participación juvenil. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The objective of this document is to provide an interpretative analysis of a social innovation experience called “Youth” that is being developed in the municipality of Bucaramanga, in favor of the integral wellbeing of the youth of this city. Throughout this process of organization, interpretation and analysis of primary and secondary information, all the units present in the course were taken into account, which account for a theoretical basis and key referents in the appropriation of the topic of social innovation, its conceptual foundations, typologies, the ecosystem of an innovation and state of maturity of a social innovation according to TLR index of the book by Jailler et al. (2017). Building social innovation. The systematization is of qualitative approach, it includes a semi-structured interview with a questionnaire of questions applied to a program leader in the mental health line, a documentary analysis including management reports of the existing program to date and an analysis of the state of maturity of the same. As a result, this project was placed in TLR 9 and highlights the importance of promoting integral wellbeing and the creation of strategies implemented to promote youth participation. | |
