| dc.description.abstract | Ríos de sonrisas es una fundación que trabaja principalmente en el municipio de Sitionuevo, ubicado en el departamento del Magdalena. Esta fundación ha integrado un proyecto llamado “Conocimientos digitales”, su principal objetivo es aportar conocimientos sobre tecnología y sus usos, buscando ofrecer crecimiento y desarrollo a la comunidad de Sitionuevo y sus corregimientos. Como principal fuente de información se optó por realizar entrevistas a integrantes de la fundación y beneficiarios del proyecto, este paso fue esencial para conocer a profundidad la iniciativa y su nivel de maduración. Este articulo tiene como finalidad abordar cada suceso relevante en la implementación de la iniciativa en el municipio y el impacto que el proyecto “Conocimientos digitales” ha tenido en la comunidad beneficiaria. Se tiene como base que el proyecto “Conocimientos digitales” en el municipio de Sitionuevo es de tipo “innovación social-educativa” Desde lo educativo, el conocimiento, o el saber común como forma de conocimiento. Lo que se refiere según el Departamento Administrativo de la Defensoría del Espacio Público como “Proyectos que ubican en el centro de sus desarrollos a la ciudadanía y sus necesidades; a fin de que los cambios que se realicen sean las soluciones creativas para las problemáticas que se registran en los entornos”
Se conoce que la iniciativa empezó en el año 2020 a partir de la pandemia. Ha tenido un crecimiento gradual, sin embargo, no es posible afirmar que el proyecto ha sido replicado en otros territorios del país. “Conocimientos digitales” está ubicado en el índice TRL-8, identificado como “Sistema completo y calificado a través de pruebas y demostraciones en ambientes operacionales. En esta fase, las tecnologías han sido probadas en su forma final y bajo condiciones supuestas, habiendo alcanzado en muchos casos, el final del desarrollo del sistema” según el Ministerio de Ciencia Tecnología e Innovación, ya que se ha podido probar la aceptación y valoración social que ha tenido el proyecto en la comunidad, además, se ha ido consolidando en los años | |
