| dc.description.abstract | A través del presente artículo, se pretende presentar el actuar de la “Fundación Se Un
Héroe” en la ciudad de Magangué departamento de Bolívar, y su actuar a través de planes que
contribuyan al desarrollo y bienestar social de la población, principalmente con la participación
público-privada en convenio con diversas dependencias de los entes territoriales, esto a través de
iniciativas de programas ambientales, de educación y cultura, que contribuyan al desarrollo de la
región, especialmente a la población de menores ingresos. Esto se dio principalmente a través de
entrevistas con los señores José Alberto Arias Hurtados representante legal de la fundación y
Paulo Tovio miembro de esta, revisión de documentos de la fundación como el certificado de
existencia y representación legal expedido por la cámara de comercio de Magangué en el
departamento de Bolívar, y documento que nos mostraron miembros de la fundación acerca de
convenios con los entes públicos. Desde su creación en el año 2015, la fundación ha ido
empoderado a miembro de la comunidad en las funciones del estado en el ámbito social, además
de gestionar proyectos que ha beneficiado a la comunidad, especialmente en el ámbito educación
ambiental, educación, cultura y recreación, esto a través de convenios con el estado, lo cual le ha
permitido desde el ámbito socioeducativo mejorar el nivel de vida de la población menos
favorecida. | |
