dc.description.abstract	Se presenta lo resultados obtenidos como parte de la sistematización que se realizó sobre la experiencia de innovación social-creativa denominada Escuela de Formación Cultural Arte Tecnología y Cultura para la Paz “ARTECPAZ” la cual busca la formación de los jóvenes a través del fortaleciendo de sus habilidades artísticas como la danza y la pintura, el compromiso y la adquisición de disciplina que les permita desempeñarse en actividades culturales y artísticas que gesten comportamientos positivos en la población juvenil y sensibilizándolos sobre el alcance de la paz mediante las propuestas artísticas y culturales. Para el proceso de sistematización de la experiencia se realiza una exploración del entorno donde la asociación tiene incidencia, lo que permite reconocer el contexto social y el itinerario histórico que han trazado desde su origen en el año 2006. Posteriormente, se lleva a cabo la aplicación de la herramienta entrevista de tipo estructurado, que facilitó la comprensión de la iniciativa y el conocimiento desde las propias palabras de quien asume el cargo directivo de la misma, sobre los diversos actores sociales que brindan su apoyo para la ejecución de las actividades innovadoras y los roles que cumplen dentro de la organización, como también las necesidades que son abordadas. Finalmente, evaluar el nivel en el que se ubica la experiencia teniendo en cuenta el índice TRL. Teniendo en cuenta los resultados obtenidos en la sistematización, se concluye que la experiencia de innovación es una opción con viabilidad que se encuentra lista para ser replicada en otros entornos para el fortalecimiento de las ideas novedosas de las juventudes para promover de manera creativa el desarrollo social del municipio.

dc.description.abstractenglish	The results obtained as part of the systematization of the experience of social-creative innovation called Cultural Training School Art Technology and Culture for Peace “ARTECPAZ” which seeks the training of young people through the strengthening of their artistic skills such as dance and painting, commitment and the acquisition of discipline that allows them to perform in cultural and artistic activities that generate positive behaviors in the youth population and sensitizing them on the scope of peace through artistic and cultural proposals are presented. For the process of systematization of the experience, an exploration of the environment where the association has an impact is carried out, which allows recognizing the social context and the historical itinerary that has been traced since its origin in 2006. Subsequently, the application of the structured interview tool was carried out, which facilitated the understanding of the initiative and the knowledge from the own words of the person who assumes the directive position of the same, about the various social actors who provide support for the implementation of innovative activities and the roles they play within the organization, as well as the needs that are addressed. Finally, to evaluate the level at which the experience is placed taking into account the TRL index. Taking into account the results obtained in the systematization, it is concluded that the experience is at the level of the TRL index.
