dc.description.abstract	La innovación social dentro de las ciencias sociales viene punteando una gran importancia, hacia las trasformaciones en diferentes entornos, cabe resaltar que refiere a la creación y la ejecución de nuevas soluciones, habilidades o prácticas que buscan abordar dificultades sociales, en este sentido ayuda a mejorar el bienestar de las personas y transformar las organizaciones sociales en beneficio de las empresas o comunidad en general. En las ciencias sociales, la innovación social se diferencia por su enfoque cualitativo, utilizando técnicas e instrumentos como la observación directa, entrevistas semiestructuradas y registro de audio, lo cual nos ayudó a la organización y sistematización de la experiencia abordada dentro de la empresa, es importante resaltar que se aplicó el índice TRL (Technologý Readiness Level), esto con el propósito de identificar el grado de maduración de la práctica. La empresa Hans Zarama Abogados demuestra cómo la innovación social puede surgir desde aspectos fundamentales, para lograrlo, es necesario contar con estrategias que se ajusten a la naturaleza de la organización y aprovechar las oportunidades del entorno, creando así un ecosistema de relaciones que asegure tanto la sostenibilidad. Así mismo Incluir definiciones de términos legales y conceptos clave relacionados con derechos humanos y ambientales para facilitar la comprensión en el área de la innovación. It should be noted that it refers to the creation and execution of new solutions, skills or practices that seek to address social difficulties, in this sense it helps to improve the well-being of people and transform social organizations for the benefit of companies or the community in general. In the social sciences, social innovation is differentiated by its qualitative approach, using techniques and instruments such as direct observation, semi-structured interviews and audio recording, which helped us organize and systematize the experience addressed within the company, that is, it is important to highlight that the TRL (Technology Readiness Level) index was applied, this with the purpose of identifying the degree of maturation of the practice.
