| dc.description.abstract | En el marco del proceso formativo del curso Diplomado en Innovación Social, se llevó a cabo una investigación sobre un proyecto de innovación social presente en un determinado contexto, lo cual permitió conocer su proceso desde el inicio, con ayuda de la entrevista semiestructurada realizada previamente para recabar los datos necesarios de primera mano. Por lo tanto, se encontró entre otros aspectos, que la asociación lleva aproximadamente 16 años legalmente constituidos, pero el proyecto como tal de innovación social, lleva un poco más de 3 años.
Se puede mencionar que el propósito con el que se realizó este artículo fue de carácter netamente educativo e informativo y el objetivo principal, fue resaltar y describir el proceso del proyecto de innovación social que constituyó legalmente la asociación Asocacao Policarpa – Nariño. En ese sentido, este artículo pretendió dar a conocer de manera clara como se ha constituido el proyecto de innovación social con el que se trabajó a lo largo de este diplomado, se evidenció su funcionamiento, cómo está constituido, cómo va su proceso de maduración de la innovación, cuántas personas son beneficiarias y en general porqué se consideró una innovación social.
Finalmente se puede inferir que este proyecto de innovación social es fuertemente sostenible, ya que han logrado convenios importantes con apoyo de entidades públicas y privadas a nivel regional, nacional e internacional. Se comprende entonces que la asociación está muy sólida, bien respaldada y funciona armónicamente en medio de un contexto multiproblemático por causa del conflicto armado vigente en la región. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | Within the framework of the training process of the Diploma in Social Innovation course, an investigation was carried out on a social innovation project present in a certain context, which allowed us to know its process from the beginning, with the help of the semi-structured interview previously carried out to collect the necessary data first-hand. Therefore, it was found, among other aspects, that the association has been legally constituted for approximately 16 years, but the social innovation project as such has been going on for a little more than 3 years.
It can be mentioned that the purpose for which this article was made was of a purely educational and informative nature and the main objective was to highlight and describe the process of the social innovation project that legally constituted the Asocaco Policarpa – Nariño association. In that sense, this article aimed to make known clearly how the social innovation project with which we worked throughout this diploma has been constituted, its operation was evident, how it is constituted, how its maturation process is going. The innovation, how many people are beneficiaries and in general why it was considered a social innovation.
Finally, it can be inferred that this social innovation project is strongly sustainable, since important agreements have been reached with the support of public and private entities at the regional, national and international level. It is then understood that the association is very solid, well supported and functions harmoniously in the midst of a multi-problematic context due to the current armed conflict in the region. | |
