| dc.description.abstract | En el desarrollo de la actividad, mediante el cual abracamos el artículo de investigación mediante el cual analizamos el impacto y la responsabilidad social de la empresa Acerías Paz del Río en el Municipio de Ubalá, enfocada en la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE). Se aplicó la metodología TRL para evaluar el grado de avance del proyecto mediante entrevistas y análisis continuo del documental. Los resultados muestran cómo la mina ha generado un alto impacto en la generación de empleo, teniendo en cuenta los problemas socio-económicos del municipio que marcaron un antes y un después desde el inicio de actividades de Acerías, el desarrollo comunitario y la responsabilidad y/o sostenibilidad ambiental.

| dc.description.abstractenglish | In the development of the activity, through which we embrace the research article through which we analyze the impact and social responsibility of the company Acerias Paz del Rio in the Municipality of Ubalá, focused on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The TRL methodology was applied to evaluate the degree of progress of the project through interviews and continuous analysis of the documentary. The results show how the mine has generated a high impact on the generation of employment, taking into account the socio-economic problems of the municipality that marked a before and after since the beginning of Acerias activities, community development and responsibility and/ or environmental sustainability.
