| dc.description.abstract | Este articulo analizó una iniciativa innovadora que empleó el arte y la cultura como
herramientas para transformar la realidad de niños y jóvenes en zonas rurales de Boyacá.
Mediante una rigurosa metodología cualitativa, basada en entrevistas y observación
participante, se investigó el impacto de este proyecto en el desarrollo integral de los
participantes. Los resultados obtenidos se asociaron con la TLR, para medir el nivel de
maduración de la experiencia innovadora, allí se evidenció un fortalecimiento del tejido
social, la promoción de habilidades creativas y el desarrollo de un sentido de pertenencia a la
comunidad. Además, se identificaron los factores clave que contribuyeron al éxito de la
iniciativa, como la participación de los beneficiarios, el apoyo de las instituciones locales y la
adaptación del proyecto a las necesidades específicas del contexto. Los hallazgos de esta
investigación ofrecen valiosas lecciones para el diseño e implementación de proyectos
similares en otros entornos, demostrando el potencial del arte y la cultura como agentes de
cambio social. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This article analyzed an innovative initiative that used art and culture as tools to
transform the reality of children and youth in rural areas of Boyacá. Through a rigorous
qualitative methodology, based on interviews and participant observation, the impact of this
project on the integral development of the participants was investigated. The results obtained
were associated with the TLR, to measure the level of maturity of the innovative experience,
where a strengthening of the social fabric, the promotion of creative skills and the
development of a sense of belonging to the community were evidenced. In addition, key
factors that contributed to the success of the initiative were identified, such as the
participation of the beneficiaries, the support of local institutions and the adaptation of the
project to the specific needs of the context. The findings of this research offer valuable
lessons for the design and implementation of similar projects in other settings, demonstrating
the potential of art and culture as agents of social change. | |
