| dc.description.abstract | La sistematización de la experiencia de "Cultivarte" se realizó mediante la recolección de información suministrada a través de acercamientos con la persona a cargo, entrevista, análisis documental y observación focalizada en sus diferentes estrategias, reflejando su madurez como iniciativa de innovación social, destacando su capacidad para abordar la vulnerabilidad social y educativa en Rionegro Santander. El articulo tiene como finalidad analizar la iniciativa de "Cultivarte", impulsada por la Fundación Bolívar del Banco Davivienda en el Municipio Rionegro Santander, la cual busca promover el desarrollo integral de los niños y jóvenes mediante actividades creativas y educativas en espacios seguros, dando buen uso del tiempo libre. El objetivo principal del artículo es analizar y destacar el funcionamiento de la iniciativa y como esta a contribuido de manera asertiva al fomento de transformación social permitiendo que niños y jóvenes desarrollen diferentes habilidades útiles en su desarrollo. Se establece que esta iniciativa contribuye a la mejora de habilidades sociales, emocionales y cognitivas, a la vez que ofrece un entorno que fomenta la creatividad y la interacción comunitaria. A través de un enfoque psicoeducativo, Cultivarte responde a las necesidades de los jóvenes en situación de vulnerabilidad, reduciendo los riesgos asociados a la exclusión social y mejorando su autoestima a través del arte, la creatividad y la cultura. La iniciativa cuenta con el apoyo de entidades públicas y privadas para sus respectivos procesos. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The systematization of the "Cultivarte" experience was carried out by collecting information provided through approaches with the person in charge, interviews, documentary analysis and observation focused on its different strategies, reflecting its maturity as a social innovation initiative, highlighting its ability to address social and educational vulnerability in Rionegro Santander. The article aims to analyze the "Cultivarte" initiative, promoted by the Bolívar Foundation of Banco Davivienda in the Municipality of Rionegro Santander, which seeks to promote the integral development of children and young people through creative and educational activities in safe spaces, making good use of free time. The main objective of the article is to analyze and highlight the functioning of the initiative and how it has assertively contributed to the promotion of social transformation, allowing children and young people to develop different skills useful in their development. It is established that this initiative contributes to the improvement of social, emotional and cognitive skills, while offering an environment that encourages creativity and community interaction. Through a psychoeducational approach, Cultivarte responds to the needs of young people in vulnerable situations, reducing the risks associated with social exclusion and improving their self-esteem through art, creativity and culture. The initiative has the support of public and private entities for its respective processes. | |
