| dc.description.abstract | Los circos del Ejército Nacional de Colombia representan una sistematización de una experiencia de innovación social que fusiona el arte circense con la labor militar. Esta iniciativa, surgida hace 31 años, busca llevar alegría y esparcimiento a las comunidades más apartadas del país, actuando como respuesta a las necesidades sociales de regiones históricamente marginadas.
En un contexto político de construcción de paz y reconciliación, los circos se han convertido en un puente entre la comunidad y la institución militar. Los soldados que participan en estos espectáculos reciben formación rigurosa en artes circenses, lo que les permite ofrecer presentaciones de alta calidad y transmitir mensajes positivos sobre la importancia de la familia, la educación y el respeto por los símbolos patrios.
El impacto social generado por esta iniciativa es significativo, ya que ha posicionado al Ejército como una institución más cercana y humana. Por ejemplo, su actuación en San Luis, Tolima, dejó una huella imborrable al ofrecer momentos de alegría a una comunidad que ha enfrentado múltiples desafíos. Los circos no solo entretienen, sino que también fomentan el fortalecimiento del tejido social y promueven un mensaje de paz y esperanza en áreas donde el acceso a actividades culturales es limitado. | |
