dc.description.abstract	El proyecto Comuna 13 Project busca fomentar el desarrollo comunitario y fortalecer la cohesión social a través de un enfoque basado en la innovación social y la apropiación de capacidades locales. Esta experiencia se sistematizó aplicando la metodología TLR para analizar la madurez del proyecto. Se identificaron resultados significativos en salud mental, emprendimiento social y turismo responsable. El análisis permitió determinar el impacto social alcanzado, las lecciones aprendidas y las oportunidades de replicabilidad en otros territorios

The analysis highlighted the social impact achieved, lessons learned, and opportunities for replication in other territories.
