| dc.description.abstract | Con aras de generar un cambio social y permanente indagaremos sobre un proyecto de
innovación social constituido en el barrio Sucre de la ciudad de Cali valle, debido a que esta
zona cuenta con factores negativos que inducen a jóvenes y niños a criarse en lugares
violentos, marginados de la sociedad, enfrentándose a problemáticas sociales, entre los más
notorios están, hurtos, violencia en todas sus formas, deserción escolar y drogadicción, el
objetivo de este trabajo es indagar, sobre el desarrollo del proyecto corporación filipides
como experiencia de innovación social. Dada la presente investigación, se logra sistematizar
los alcances obtenidos por este laboratorio, teniendo en cuenta las experiencias contempladas
en la comunidad, por medio de entrevistas, observación, y relatos de sus integrantes,
evidenciamos avances satisfactorios que generan cambios positivos en esta población,
logrando ayudar a niños y jóvenes, redireccionándolos en diferentes proyectos de atención
psicológica en el ámbito social y familiar; así mismo en el campo educativo, fortaleciendo sus
aprendizajes y retornándolos a sus aulas escolares; y mediante el deporte ayudando aumentar
su autoestima, desarrollando capacidades como la disciplina, la tolerancia, la perseverancia, y
el manejo de las emociones.
Para este escrito, empleamos la metodología cualitativa e inductiva, logrando
determinar el impacto social, como resultado de esta innovación. Este proyecto va
encaminado a transformar la vida de esta comunidad, brindando nuevas oportunidades de
superación y compromiso, a través del deporte, de la comunicación, del aprendizaje, y la
introspección, creando conciencia y cambios en la percepción del ambiente. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | In order to generate a permanent social change, we will investigate a social innovation
project established in the Sucre neighborhood of the city of Cali Valle, because this area has
negative factors that induce young people and children to grow up in violent places,
marginalized from society, facing social problems, among the most notorious, theft, violence
in all its forms, school dropouts and drug addiction, the objective of this work is to
investigate about the development of the Filipides Corporation project as an experience of
social innovation. Given the present research, it is possible to systematize the scope obtained
by this laboratory, taking into account the experiences contemplated in the community,
through interviews, observation, and stories of its members, we show satisfactory progress
that generate positive changes in this population, managing to help children and young
people, redirecting them to different psychological care projects in the social and family
sphere; also in the educational field, strengthening their learning and returning them to their
school classrooms; and through sport helping to increase their self-esteem, developing skills
such as discipline, tolerance, perseverance, and emotional management.
For this writing, we used the qualitative and inductive methodology, managing to
determine the social impact obtained as a result of this innovation; This is how this project is
aimed at transforming the life of this community, providing new opportunities for
improvement and commitment, through sport, communication, learning, and introspection,
creating awareness and changes in the perception of the environment. | |
