dc.description.abstract	En esta investigación se hablará sobre la experiencia de la aplicación del proyecto “Jóvenes Artesanos de Paz”, en la cual se da a conocer cómo desde el año 2010 la Diócesis Duitama – Sogamoso venía desarrollando por fases dicho proyecto hasta llegar a su aplicación y finalización; involucrando a todos los actores presentes como lo fueron sacerdotes lideres del proyecto, la Comisión de Conciliación Nacional, la MAPP – OEA, las Instituciones educativas de la ciudad de Duitama y la psicóloga encargada de realizar la aplicación y desarrollo del proyecto. Los resultados obtenidos fueron buenos, pues la aplicación se realizo en el tiempo pertinente y así mismo con los mejores comentarios por parte de los protagonistas de este tema, los jóvenes de cada institución educativa, donde se logro empoderarlos del tema y que así sintieran que son escuchados en la sociedad actual. La gratificación de los involucrados nos permite sugerir la necesidad de expandir esta iniciativa a otras instituciones educativas del departamento, resaltando la importancia de educar en paz y reconciliación en los entornos escolares.

dc.description.abstractenglish	This research will discuss the experience of the implementation of the project “Young Artisans of Peace”, which reveals how since 2010 the Diocese of Duitama – Sogamoso had been developing this project in phases until its implementation and completion; involving all the actors present such as the priests leading the project, the National Conciliation Commission, the MAPP – OAS, the educational institutions of the city of Duitama and the psychologist in charge of carrying out the application and development of the project. The results obtained were good, since the application was carried out in the pertinent time and also with the best comments from the protagonists of this topic, the young people of each educational institution, where they were empowered on the subject and thus felt that they are heard in today's society. The gratification of those involved allows us to suggest the need to expand this initiative to other educational institutions in the department, highlighting the importance of educating in peace and reconciliation in school environments.
