| dc.description.abstract | El Festival Internacional de Teatro de Manizales es un evento cultural emblemático que ha contribuido significativamente a la innovación social en la región de Caldas, Colombia. Este artículo sistematiza la experiencia del festival, destacando su papel transformador y su impacto en la comunidad local. Utilizando una metodología de sistematización basada en la TLR (Técnica de la Línea del Tiempo), se analizan las estrategias de gestión de ideas, desarrollo interactivo y oportunidades que han permitido al festival convertirse en un referente de innovación social. Los resultados muestran cómo la cultura puede ser un motor de cambio social y económico, fortaleciendo el capital social y promoviendo la cohesión comunitaria. | |
