| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto de investigación presenta la importancia del papel de la comunicación en la construcción de comunidad como instrumento de inclusión y de reflexión para la construcción de una comunicación asertiva, utilizado el diagnóstico de la OSP y utilización de la red social para dinamizar la metodología territorial de la OSP a través de procesos organizativos y círculos de diálogos que permiten llegar acuerdos para construir una comunicación efectiva, participativa y diversa.
El objeto de estudio para entender, analizar y comprender las OSP se realizó un fortalecimiento a la organización AREDCOM a través de un diagnóstico, es el punto de partida para el desarrollo de este documento donde se refleja que el flujo de trabajos y dinámicas que utilizan en la comunicación participativa en construcción de comunidad, puntualizando los tipos de participantes y su aplicabilidad.
Este proyecto de reflexión busca destacar la importancia de la comunicación participativa y el papel de la comunicación en construcción de comunidad como instrumento de inclusión, entendiendo la diversidad, pluriculturalidad y multiculturalidad del país.
Por esta razón el papel de la Comunicación Participativa en construcción de comunidad se vuelve vital para llegar acuerdo y construir significados y significantes que permiten construir, acercar, reflexionar sobre la amplia diversidad.

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This research project presents the importance of the role of communication in community building as an instrument of inclusion and reflection for the construction of assertive communication, using the diagnosis of the OSP and use of the social network to energize the territorial methodology of the OSP through organizational processes and dialogue circles that allow reaching agreements to build effective, participatory and diverse communication.
The object of study to understand, analyze and understand the OSP was to strengthen the AREDCOM organization through a diagnosis, it is the starting point for the development of this document which reflects the flow of work and dynamics used in participatory communication in community construction, pointing out the types of participants and their applicability.
This reflection project seeks to highlight the importance of participatory communication and the role of communication in community building as an instrument of inclusion, understanding the diversity, pluriculturality and multiculturalism of the country.
