| dc.description.abstract | Esta Monografía comprende la revisión de artículos de Investigación respecto a la implementación de chatbots en universidades, empresas de turismo, medios de comunicación y uso en contextos de emergencias sanitarias y una tesis en el entorno de la salud. Para este trabajo se consultó material bibliográfico en las plataformas Scielo, Dialnet, Redalyc, GoogleScholar, Applied Science & Technology Source, Academic Search Ultimate, Latindex y Web of Science, que sirvieron de fuente para la construcción del marco teórico y justificación, adicionalmente aportaron para el análisis de las diferentes experiencias obtenidas del público participante y también de los investigadores que implementaron los modelos en sus entornos sociales. También por medio del motor de búsqueda Scopus se extrajo 109 referencias bibliográficas que se usaron como base para el análisis de resultados de los objetivos planteados. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This Monograph includes the review of research articles regarding the implementation of chatbots in universities, tourism companies, media and use in contexts of health emergencies and a thesis in the health environment. For this work, bibliographic material was consulted on the platforms Scielo, Dialnet, Redalyc, GoogleScholar, Applied Science & Technology Source, Academic Search Ultimate, Latindex and Web of Science, which served as a source for the construction of the theoretical framework and justification, additionally. They contributed to the analysis of the different experiences obtained from the participating public and also from the researchers who implemented the models in their social environments. Also using the Scopus search engine, 109 bibliographic references were extracted that were used as a basis for the analysis of results of the proposed objectives. | |
