| dc.description.abstract | La empresa SPATIUM INGENIERIA S.A.S en la actualidad carece de procesos, herramientas y programsa en sus procesos adminsitrativos y contables, lo qu eha traido lamentables consecuencia y y una marcada ineficiencia operativa. Los procesos manuales, aunson basados en papel, muy expuestos a errores y retrasos afecta el rendimiento y la calidad del trabajo. La falta de digitalización de los procesos contables ha implicado para Spatium costos operativos significativamente altos,dado que los métodos manuales demandan más mano de obra y recursos físicos, lo que involucra más gastos laborales y de mantenimiento.La falta de sistematización ha dado lugar a errores costosos, como ordenes de compra plagiadas o nevios de material erroneos,ha afectado la renatbilidad de la compañía. El objetivo principal y primordial fue el de mejorar la eficacia operativa y financiera de SPATIUM INGENIERIA S.A.S, abordando concretamente las areas afectadas. En primer lugar, nos dimos a la tarea la recolección de toda la información de facturación electrónica desde mayo hasta el mes de diciembre de cada uno de los proyectos manejados, así como cada una¿o de sus gastos administrativos el cual encerrara la actualización de inventario y la ejecuion de mejores facilidades para su control. A través de os diferentes metodos de recoleccion de informacio por medio de las plataformas como la DIAN EMISION mediante la cual se procedió con migración de información en cuanto a toda la documentación soporte. Se efectuaron sistemas de seguimiento, control, marcación por medio de diferentes áreas administrativas que contribuyeran a conocer en qué estado de atrasamiento se encuentra la empresa en cuanto a su información de financiera y administrativa. | dc.description.abstractenglish | SPATIUM INGENIERÍA currently lacks processes, tools, and programs for its administrative and accounting processes, which has led to unfortunate consequences and marked operational inefficiency.
Manual processes are still paper-based,highly prone to errors and delays, and impact performance and work quality. The lack of digitalization of administrative and accounting processes has resulted in significantly higher operating costs for thecompany, given that manual methods require more labor and physical resources, resulting in higher labor and maintenance costs. The lack of systematization has led to costly errors, such as copied purchase orders or incorrect material shipments, and has impacted the company's profitability.
The primary and overriding objective was to improve the operational and financial efficiency of Spatium Ingeniería S.A.S. specifically addressing the affected areas. First, we undertook the task of collecting all electronic invoicing information from May to December for each of the projects managed, as well as each of their administrative expenses,which would include updating the inventory and implementing improved control measures.
Through various methods of collecting information using platforms such as the DIAN (National Agency for the Defense of the Dominican Republic), we migrated all supporting documentation. Tracking, control, and marking systems were implemented through various administrative areas to help determine the company's financial and administrative reporting status.
This led to the exhaustive management of the Trident accounting software, which was prioritized for migrating overdue accounting information from May to December 2024, as well as information for the months of the current year. We also managed the platforms for the various projects the company was working on. The internship was completed and fulfilled in the main activities in the position of administrative and accounting assistant, which focused on
Administrative Management, where documents are processed, invoicing, management of daily SST formats, reports, purchase orders, updating of information on links with new suppliers, requests for ICA rete certifications, VAT and withholding tax, EPS affiliations, AXESA and MANTUM platform for the entry of personnel to the works, as well as support for the accounting part through the TRIDENT accounting software with the advice of the accountant.
