| dc.description.abstract | El VIH en un problema de salud publica que afecta grandemente a la población colombiana,
diagnósticos tardíos y poca adherencia a los tratamientos son causas y barreras muy comunes en
la población afectada, por eso este plan se enfoca en reducir la mortalidad por VIH en la ciudad
de Armenia mediante un enfoque integral que incluye la ampliación del acceso a pruebas de
diagnóstico temprano, la mejora en la cobertura y adherencia al tratamiento antirretroviral,
educación comunitaria para reducir el estigma. De esta manera se aportará positivamente al
sistema de salud y a una mejora de la calidad de vida a las personas que viven con este
diagnóstico. se relacionarán temas como línea operativa y enfoque según el Plan Decenal de
Salud Pública y descripción de objetivos de desarrollo sostenible | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | HIV is a public health problem that greatly affects the Colombian population. Late diagnosis and poor adherence to treatment are very common causes and barriers among the affected population.
Therefore, this plan focuses on reducing HIV mortality in the city of Armenia through a
comprehensive approach that includes expanding access to early diagnosis testing, improving coverage and adherence to antiretroviral treatment, and community education to reduce stigma.
This will positively contribute to the health system and improve the quality of life of people
living with this diagnosis. Topics such as operational guidelines and approaches according to the Ten-Year Public Health Plan and a description of sustainable development goals will be discussed | |
