dc.description.abstractenglishThis report presents the implementation of a functional instance of Endian Firewall Community in a virtualized environment, with the proper configuration of network zones: GREEN (LAN), ORANGE (DMZ), and RED (WAN). The objective is to ensure network segmentation, establish secure connectivity, and provide a foundation for future security configurations. The proposed architecture simulates a real-world perimeter protection environment by enabling traffic control, server and client isolation, and validated Internet access. A step-by-step technical procedure is documented, including common errors, connectivity tests, NAT configurations, and essential cybersecurity considerations.
