| dc.description.abstract | Los himnos son emblemas musicales que distinguen países u organizaciones entre sí, exaltando cualidades propias y comunes de quienes lo interpretan. Este proyecto presenta un compendio de 4 arreglos para Banda Sinfónica de himnos institucionales de las comunidades religiosas Hermanas Mercedarias del Santísimo Sacramento y Providencia Inmaculada, donde el tratamiento tímbrico es el enfoque principal, y cómo desde este aspecto se pretende crear una identidad sonora frente a las demás instituciones educativas en la localidad de Usaquén, en la ciudad de Bogotá.
El lector podrá reconocer diferentes técnicas de orquestación, basándose en el uso de texturas, acompañamientos y modulaciones tímbricas, así como los principales aspectos del himno como forma musical, de la Banda Sinfónica como formato instrumental efectivo, y cómo la orquestación y adaptación a dicho formato permite describir los elementos característicos del género y la identidad de las instituciones que representa. En conclusión, este proyecto de investigación-creación dará a conocer el tratamiento tímbrico como influencia a la identidad sonora de las instituciones. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | Anthems are musical emblems that distinguish countries or organizations from each other, exalting their own and common qualities of those who interpret them. This project presents a compendium of 4 arrangements for Symphonic Band of institutional hymns of the religious communities Mercedarian Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament and Providencia Inmaculada, where the timbral treatment is the main focus, and how from this aspect it is intended to create a sonorous identity against the other educational institutions in the town of Usaquen, in the city of Bogotá.
The reader will be able to recognize different orchestration techniques, based on the use of textures, accompaniments and timbral modulations, as well as the main aspects of the anthem as a musical form, of the Symphonic Band as an effective instrumental format, and how the orchestration and adaptation to said format It allows describing the characteristic elements of the genre and the identity of the institutions it represents. In conclusion, this research-creation project will reveal the timbral treatment as an influence on the sound identity of the institutions. | |
