| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo presenta una propuesta de intervención enfocada en reducir el impacto del VIH-SIDA en el departamento del Quindío, Colombia. A partir del análisis de situación de salud (ASIS), se identifican las poblaciones más vulnerables y se diseñan estrategias de prevención, diagnóstico temprano, tratamiento oportuno y reducción del estigma. El objetivo general es disminuir la incidencia y prevalencia del VIH mediante un enfoque integral y comunitario, alineado con el Plan Decenal de Salud Pública y los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible. Se espera un impacto positivo en términos de salud pública y una mejora en la eficiencia del gasto en salud. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This paper presents an intervention proposal focused on reducing the impact of HIV-AIDS in the department of Quindío, Colombia. Based on a health situation analysis (ASIS), the most vulnerable populations are identified and strategies are designed for prevention, early diagnosis, timely treatment, and stigma reduction. The general objective is to decrease the incidence and prevalence of HIV through a comprehensive and community-based approach, aligned with the Ten-Year Public Health Plan and the Sustainable Development Goals. A positive impact on public health and improved cost-efficiency in healthcare spending is expected. | |
