| dc.description.abstract | Este artículo examina la iniciativa "CultivarTE", una propuesta innovadora surgida en Sincelejo, Colombia, que busca integrar la educación agrícola y artística para empoderar a la juventud. A través de un enfoque participativo y colaborativo, el programa se centra en el desarrollo de habilidades prácticas y la cohesión social. Se realizó una investigación cualitativa que incluye entrevistas con actores clave, revelando la relevancia y el impacto de la iniciativa. Los resultados muestran un aumento en la autoestima, el interés por prácticas sostenibles y mejoras en la calidad de vida de los participantes, estableciendo un modelo replicable en otras comunidades. | |
