| dc.description.abstract | La propuesta de intervención busca reducir la incidencia del embarazo adolescente y juvenil
mediante acciones colectivas orientadas a la promoción de la salud sexual y reproductiva con
enfoque de derechos, género y curso de vida. Esta iniciativa pretende fortalecer la articulación
entre el sector salud, educación, bienestar familiar y comunidad, promoviendo espacios seguros
de orientación, consejería y participación juvenil; Esta propuesta de intervención, en el marco del
Plan de Intervenciones Colectivas (PIC), busca abordar de manera integral los determinantes
sociales de la salud que inciden en el embarazo adolescente y juvenil en los barrios Bajo Andes,
Tomas Pérez y Medalanda del municipio de Quibdó, contribuyendo a la equidad, el
empoderamiento juvenil y el bienestar integral de las nuevas generaciones. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The proposed intervention seeks to reduce the incidence of teenage and adolescent pregnancy
through collective actions aimed at promoting sexual and reproductive health with a focus on
rights, gender, and life course. This initiative aims to strengthen coordination between the health,
education, family welfare, and community sectors, promoting safe spaces for guidance,
counseling, and youth participation. This intervention proposal, within the framework of the
Collective Intervention Plan (PIC), seeks to comprehensively address the social determinants of
health that affect adolescent and youth pregnancy in the Bajo Andes, Tomas Pérez, and
Medalanda neighborhoods of the municipality of Quibdó, contributing to equity, youth
empowerment, and the comprehensive well-being of new generations. | |
