| dc.description.abstract | Esta revisión temática se enfoca en analizar la importancia que tiene la
farmacovigilancia en proporcionar la seguridad, prevención y detección de los
problemas relacionados con medicamentos (PRM) antiepilépticos que son
causantes que interfieren con la farmacoterapia antiepiléptica de los pacientes en
Colombia y los resultados negativos a la medicación (RNM) que son los efectos
perjudiciales del resultado del uso inapropiado de los medicamentos.
Esta investigación temática plantea los estudios realizados en el ámbito
ambulatorio y hospitalario en varias partes de Colombia y se analiza el impacto
positivo de la farmacovigilancia sobre los medicamentos antiepilépticos teniendo
en cuenta la detección de fallos terapéuticos y los eventos adversos que puedan
causar la terapia antiepiléptica en los pacientes (Ospina and Gutiérrez 2020) | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | This thematic review focuses on analyzing the importance of
pharmacovigilance in providing safety, prevention, and detection of antiepileptic
drug-related problems (PRM) that are causative that interfere with antiepileptic
pharmacotherapy in patients in Colombia and negative medication outcomes
(RNM), which are the detrimental effects of the outcome of inappropriate drug use.
This thematic research presents the studies carried out in the
outpatient and hospital setting in various parts of Colombia and analyzes the
positive impact of pharmacovigilance on antiepileptic drugs, taking into account the
detection of therapeutic failures and adverse events that may cause antiepileptic
