| dc.description.abstract | La propuesta de intervención para la prevención del VIH en jóvenes del municipio de Pasto busca fortalecer la educación sexual, mejorar el acceso a servicios de salud, reducir el estigma y promover la participación comunitaria mediante actividades intersectoriales, jornadas educativas, campañas de tamizaje y articulación institucional. Con un enfoque diferencial y territorial, la estrategia pretende disminuir nuevas infecciones, empoderar a la población juvenil, garantizar la equidad en el acceso a servicios y optimizar el uso de los recursos del sistema de salud, aportando al cumplimiento del PDSP 2022–2031 y al desarrollo sostenible del municipio. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | The intervention proposal for HIV prevention among young people in the municipality of Pasto aims to strengthen sexual education, improve access to health services, reduce stigma, and promote community participation through intersectoral activities, educational campaigns, screening campaigns, and institutional coordination. With a differential and territorial approach, the strategy seeks to reduce new infections, empower the youth population, ensure equity in access to services, and optimize the use of health system resources, contributing to the fulfillment of the PDSP 2022–2031 and the sustainable development of the municipality.
