| dc.description.abstract | Con este proyecto, queremos mostrar la importancia de implementar el Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) en YEMAYA PRAIA (Panadería y Pastelería Veracruz), resaltando cómo este proceso permite identificar y controlar los riesgos presentes en las actividades diarias, proteger la salud de los trabajadores y mejorar el ambiente laboral. También buscamos evidenciar el papel fundamental de la auditoría, ya que a través de la revisión y verificación periódica es posible detectar oportunidades de mejora, garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos establecidos y fortalecer la cultura de prevención dentro de la empresa. Además, destacamos la relevancia de cumplir con las leyes y normas que regulan la seguridad y salud en el trabajo, pues seguir la legislación vigente evita sanciones, reduce costos por incidentes y genera confianza tanto en los empleados como en los clientes. En conjunto, la correcta aplicación del SG-SST, la evaluación continua mediante auditorías y el respeto a la normativa contribuyen a la sostenibilidad, el crecimiento y la responsabilidad social de YEMAYA PRAIA. | |

| dc.description.abstractenglish | With this project, we want to show the importance of implementing the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) at YEMAYA PRAIA (Bakery and Pastry Shop Veracruz), highlighting how this process makes it possible to identify and control risks present in daily activities, protect workers’ health, and improve the work environment. We also seek to demonstrate the fundamental role of auditing, since through periodic review and verification it is possible to detect opportunities for improvement, ensure compliance with established procedures, and strengthen the culture of prevention within the company. In addition, we emphasize the relevance of complying with the laws and regulations that govern occupational health and safety, because following current legislation helps avoid sanctions, reduces costs associated with incidents, and generates trust among both employees and customers. Altogether, the proper application of the SG-SST, continuous evaluation through audits, and respect for regulations contribute to the sustainability, growth, and social responsibility of YEMAYA PRAIA. | |
